At Alizee Beauty your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day refund policy, starting from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a refund, please meet the following conditions:

  1. The product must be returned in its original condition, without damage or signs of excessive wear.
  2. Products must be accompanied by all accessories, manuals, certificates of authenticity and original packaging.
  3. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  4. Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or the error is ours.
  5. Refunds will be issued via the same method of payment used for the original purchase, within 7 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
  6. Sale or promotional items are not eligible for refund, but may be exchanged for an item of equal value.

To initiate a return and request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team by email at contact@alizeebeauty.com , indicating your order number, the reason for the return and, if possible, photos of the product concerned.
  2. Carefully package the item to be returned and a copy of your invoice or order confirmation.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions, using a trackable service to avoid issues with loss or damage in transit.

Please note that Alizee Beauty reserves the right to refuse a refund if the above conditions are not met. If you have any questions regarding our refund policy, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.

What types of payment do you accept?

Do you have stores or just an online store?

We do not have physical stores. We only sell online at the moment.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship almost everywhere in the world.

* International orders are subject to import duties, customs and fees, which are applied once your shipment reaches the destination country. We cannot predict what your specific charges may be. For more information about your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office. All taxes, duties and fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local carrier may be able to give you information on the accepted method of payment for duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.

Do we have to sign for delivery?

You do not need to sign or even be present for the delivery of your order.

Where do you ship the products from?

We ship from our warehouses in the USA, England, Singapore, or China. We work directly with reliable suppliers around the world, which allows us to pass our savings directly to our customers and offer them exceptional products at very competitive prices.

We sample every item and even visit factories to ensure the highest quality and sustainable practices.

How long before my product ships?

It will take 2-3 business days before your product is shipped.

What is the estimated delivery date (ETA)?

Depending on your locations, delivery may take between 7-30 days. Please be assured that we will send you your tracking number as soon as it is shipped.

How do I return and replace my item?

We strongly believe in the quality of our products. Therefore, we offer a 14-day risk-free money back guarantee (excluding return shipping costs).

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, simply return it to us and we will refund your money or exchange your product (the decision is yours), up to 14 days, no questions asked.

Where is my order confirmation?

The order confirmation email is sent to your email within 24 hours after payment. Please try to check your spam or trash emails as it may end up there as well.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Most items are processed within 6-8 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours.
